高希均 《天下雜誌》與《遠見雜誌》創辦人。 密西根州立大學博士，執教於美國威斯康辛大學經濟系達三十四年。曾任經合會人力小組顧問、台大商學研究所講座教授、經濟部顧問、第一屆海基會董事、第一屆國統會研究委員。目前為行政院顧問、國會觀察基金會董事、蔣氏工業慈善基金會（香港）董事、趨勢網路軟體教育基金會董事。
